Avalon
Its 630 am and we are waiting at the ferry terminal with coffee in one hand and holding our bikes with the other. We are embarking on an adventure to Santa Catalina Island, 20 miles West, of the California coast. Traveling on the open deck of the ferry boat the island cinematically reveals itself from the deep silver fog as we approach the Avalon city marina and begin our adventure.
